Easy puff pastry ham and cheese quiche

1 sheet puff pastry – thawed, but cold
½ cup milk
4 large eggs
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup diced ham
¾ cup shredded cheese
2 green onions chopped

Method:                                                                                                            1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a pie dish.
2. Roll the puff pastry out to a size that is larger than the pie dish.
3. Press the pastry into the pie dish and trim off any excess.
4. In a bowl, whisk the milk, eggs and salt.
5. Sprinkle the ham, ½ cup  of cheese and green onion directly onto the pastry. Pour the egg mixture over top and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
6. Bake for 25-35 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the eggs are completely set.
