Milk Pudding
Ingredients:
500 ml milk
50g corn starch
50g sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
Method:
1. Add half the milk into a non-stick pot, and mix in sugar until combined.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the milk and corn starch until combined.
3. Add the milk and sugar mixture to the stove, and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium-low heat until the milk is hot (not simmering).
4. Slowly mix in the corn starch mixture, keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick.
5. Pour the mixture into a container lined with baking paper and let rest for 1-2 hours.
6. Cut into bite-sized pieces and coat with desiccated coconut.
