Peaches and cream overnight oats


¼ cup rolled oats
½ cup vanilla yoghurt
30 ml milk
½ cup peaches, diced


  1. Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, and milk together and stir until well blended.
  2. Add in the peaches (and any other flavours of your choice) and mix in evenly.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a jar or container, cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight (or two hours minimum).
  4. Grab a spoon and enjoy the creamy goodness!
