Pasta alfredo

Ingredients:
250 ml tagliatelle, cooked
250g double cream plain yoghurt
70g white cheddar, grated
125 ml milk
45 ml butter
12 ml cake flour
2 garlic cloves, crushed
10 ml lemon juice
5 ml mustard powder
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Add butter and garlic to a saucepan and fry over a low heat until fragrant.
- Stir in the yoghurt, cheese, milk, sifted flour, lemon juice and mustard and cook for 5 minutes.
- Toss the pasta into the mix.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve!
