Avocado hummus

Ingredients:

1 large avocado
1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1/3 cup cilantro leaves
¼ cup lime juice
1 large jalapeño, seeded
½ teaspoon sea salt

Method:

  1. Chop jalapeño.
  2. Slice avocado.
  3. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables!
