Avo mango smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup milk
½ avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
banana
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries

Method:

  1. Add mango, avocado, banana, yoghurt, milk, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 2 bowls.
  2. Top each bowl with raspberries, chia seeds, blueberries, and coconut flakes and drizzle with a bit more yoghurt.
