Chocolate brownies


150g dark chocolate
2 tablespoon milk
100g butter
½ cup castor sugar
2/3 cup self-raising flour
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
100g extra dark chocolate (chopped)


  1. Preheat oven to 180 °
  2. Line 19cm deep pan with grease paper.
  3. Combine chocolate, milk and butter in a pot. Stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Once the chocolate has melted, add sugar and stir until combined. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Sift flour into a bowl, stir in chocolate mixture and eggs until smooth.
  6. Stir in extra chocolate and nuts.
  7. Pour mixture into your pan.
  8. Bake in the oven for 35 min.
  9. Let it cool, then cut into squares and enjoy!
