Chocolate brownies

Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate
2 tablespoon milk
100g butter
½ cup castor sugar
2/3 cup self-raising flour
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
100g extra dark chocolate (chopped)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 °
- Line 19cm deep pan with grease paper.
- Combine chocolate, milk and butter in a pot. Stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted.
- Once the chocolate has melted, add sugar and stir until combined. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
- Sift flour into a bowl, stir in chocolate mixture and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in extra chocolate and nuts.
- Pour mixture into your pan.
- Bake in the oven for 35 min.
- Let it cool, then cut into squares and enjoy!
